30, 60, or 90 minute options for your training. Tight on time? The 30 minute track packs a punch. Have a bit of extra time to train? Awesome! Add on some strength or accessory work.

programming, designed with sport specific performance in mind. You’ll find Heavier loads, higher skills, and varied rep schemes.
Programming to be delivered in a 60 minute class experience with optional accessory work included.
Intensity biased & approachable. You won’t find advanced gymnastics or weightlifting in this programming. We’ve removed the barriers to hard work & heavy breathing.
