Except for content you own, all materials and intellectual property in the Services are owned by CompTrain or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.You may not:Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display materials without authorization;
Use the Services in any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive manner;
Engage in data mining, scraping, or unauthorized marketing through the Services.
2. User Content
“User Content” includes any text, images, video, audio, or other material you upload or provide.By submitting User Content, you grant CompTrain a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, and display your content for purposes of operating the Services.Your Content must be your own, and you are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on others’ rights. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Exercise carries inherent risks.
You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any training program.
CompTrain and its trainers are not medical professionals (unless otherwise stated). The Services are for general informational purposes only.
The Services are not recommended for children under 14. Users under 18 should proceed with extra caution and appropriate supervision.
By using the Services, you assume all risks associated with exercise and release CompTrain from liability for injuries or damages related to your participation.
4. No Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompTrain is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by gross negligence, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded under law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompTrain, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

Payments are processed by Apple, Stripe, or other similar payment services or platforms and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. You submit to the jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Massachusetts.
10. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CompTrain regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements.
